Beal City Schools Counseling Department

Beal City Public School employs three counselors to support students from kindergarten through grade 12. The counselors work with students in a variety of settings including classrooms, small groups, and individual counseling.  More detailed information about these outreach efforts is included in the Counseling Services section below.  In addition to these outreach efforts, the counseling department is involved with class scheduling, standardized testing, scholarships, graduation requirements, dual enrollment, post-secondary applications, and other related student support services.

I have been an Aggie since 2010 and proud to now have my 3 young children attending school here!  I grew up in the thumb and moved to this area in 2001 to attend college at CMU. I have a bachelors in Secondary Education and a Master's degree in Counseling, both from Central.  Prior to my time at Beal I worked as a counselor at Vestaburg High School.  Outside of school I love to go camping with my family and travel.  I also love coffee, reading, and watching movies.
