MS/HS ANNOUNCEMENTS - 6/1/26
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KEEGAN SANDEL & SCARLETT WEBER! WE HOPE YOU BOTH HAVE AN AWESOME DAY!
The Division 4 State Finals for track and field was held on Saturday in Hudsonville. The top 8 in each event were awarded All-State honors. This honor went to the following student athletes:
Kate Schultz placed 6th in shot put throwing a lifetime best of 34’5.5”
Bryn Gilde was 4th in discus throwing 115’8”
Landon Davis was 5th in the 100, and he also placed 10th in the 200 running a lifetime best of 22.98
Aaron Locke was All-state in three events. He was 6th in the 800, 3rd place in pole vault. Aaron is the state champion in the 400m, running a lifetime best and breaking his own school record with a time of 49.74.
Congratulations to all track and field athletes on a great season!
If you are interested in joining varsity sideline cheer this fall, please see the sign up sheet outside the Athletic Office. There is a QR code to register and the first open gym this summer is Monday, June 8th.
Students: If you have medicine in the office, you need to pick it up before the last day of school. Any medicine left over the summer will be disposed of.
Don’t forget to order your yearbook before the end of the school year! Cost is only $35 and can be purchased from Mr. Clark, Mrs. Rider or Diane.
