DIT Needs You - Get Involved!

Parent involvement in your child's school is one of the most important elements of their success at school. Get involved in your child's future and stay informed as to what's new and happening at Beal City Public Schools.

The Beal City Public School's District Improvement Team (DIT) is looking for your help.  Some of the items this group is responsible for is reviewing staff handbooks, student/parent handbooks, policies, procedures, textbooks, curriculum and so much more. The DIT provides direction and assistance to the Building Level School Improvement teams as they work through a host of issues and initiatives. These building level teams are (ESIT) Elementary School Improvement Team and (SSIT) Secondary School Improvement Team. These Building level teams give DIT monthly updates.

The DIT meets once a month, except for July and December or unless a meeting gets canceled for some reason. The meetings last for an hour (6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and are held the hour before each School Board meeting.  Meeting dates can be found under the Board of Education section of this website or in the front window of the school building just outside Central Office.
