Who We Are
The Beal City Sports Boosters is a group of parents, alumni, and community members who believe every Aggie athlete deserves the best possible experience. We help fund our athletic trainer, freshmen sports (girls’ volleyball and boys’ basketball), team meals during playoffs, and essential equipment across all programs.
How We Make It Happen
Each year the Boosters raise more than $25,000—mostly through concession stand sales. Keeping those stands open takes volunteers, and that’s where our community steps up. Parents of athletes are asked to work at least one shift during their athlete’s season, and students in grades 7–12 can earn community-service hours toward graduation by helping out.
If you’ve got a Beal City athlete, you’ve already benefited from the Boosters. Volunteering is how we keep the tradition going.
Special Fundraising & Annual Auction
The Boosters hold several special fundraisers each year, with proceeds supporting our student scholarship program. These raffles and events help us recognize deserving Aggie athletes as they move on to college, trade school, or directly into the workforce.
Our Annual Sports Boosters Auction raises additional funds for team contributions, equipment needs, and the Beal City Sports Boosters Endowment Fund, helping ensure long-term support for Aggie athletics.

Concession Stand Requests
If your team or group would like to run the concession stand for an event, please complete the Concession Stand Request Form and submit it to the BCSB President at least two weeks before your event. Approved groups provide their own volunteers and receive a share of the event’s proceeds.
