Autume is a proud graduate of Central Michigan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She brings over 16 years of experience in law enforcement, where she held various roles, many of which were in leadership positions. During her time in law enforcement, Autume also taught cultural diversity at the police academy, demonstrating her commitment to fostering understanding and inclusivity. Additionally, she has worked in schools and played a key role in establishing and fostering a youth police academy, further showcasing her dedication to youth development and education.
In addition to her career in law enforcement, Autume and her husband, Greg, founded The Jump Station, a successful venture that Autume managed and operated until its sale. This entrepreneurial experience further highlights her dedication, innovation, and ability to lead effectively.
Autume is married to Greg, and together they have three wonderful children: Reece, Avery, and Kylie. The Balcom family resides in Lake Isabella, where they enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as boating, skiing, camping, and attending sporting events. They also love to vacation together, cherishing family time and new adventures.
