Hello, I'm Deputy Kevin F. Dush, and I am the school liaison officer. I was a road patrol deputy from 2004 through 2007, and in September 2007 I took an assignment with the Youth Services Unit under Sergeant Doug LaLone. I work Monday through Friday in the schools, but share my time between Beal City Public Schools, St Joseph the Worker, Weidman Elementary, and Rosebush Elementary. I spend time in the students classrooms teaching T.E.A.M. (Teaching, Educating, and Mentoring) curriculum, which includes presentations on safety, drug awareness, bullying, laws, and more. Besides teaching T.E.A.M, I work behind the scenes with the school administrators to help keep your school safe, including planning and implementing the different emergency drills throughout the year. I am also available to all students, parents, and staff to answer questions or concerns. It doesn't matter if it's school related, or something happening at home, please do not hesitate to contact me. You may contact me by my cell phone at 989-621-7510.
