Health Department Do's and Don'ts
◘ EVERYONE entering the
concession stand MUST FIRST WASH THEIR HANDS!
◘ ONLY volunteers working the concession stand are allowed in the
area. Therefore, the door must be closed at all times. The only
children allowed in the area, will be students who are working for
their club or group and the must be 7th – 12th grade.
◘ When handling any unwrapped food (i.e. packaging hotdogs, making
pulled pork sandwiches, making nachos, and packaging pizza) you
MUST WEAR GLOVES.
◘ NO home cooked food can be warmed OR sold from Beal City
