Biography

Bio:
I am from Lake Orion, MI. I am married and we have one son that also attends Beal City Schools. I enjoy reading and traveling. I do not get to spend nearly enough time on either of these two hobbies.
I graduated from Mid Michigan Community College in 1996 and have an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and a Teacher’s Aide Certification. I attended Central Michigan University and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. During my undergraduate work at CMU, I studied in Segovia, Spain for a semester. Currently I am working on my Master’s degree in Spanish.
At Beal City, I teach Spanish and History. I am a member of the District School Improvement Team and the Secondary Leadership Team. I share the Student Council advisory position with Cay Marchiando and I have been involved in our German Links program.
